Five Senior National Team roster members are presently in Rabat, Morocco, in order to take part in the 2019 Rabat Premier League K1 tournament, which will be held April 19^th -21^st. (Click here for the full list of Team Canada participants). This event constitutes an important step toward qualification for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. Nassim Varasteh, Senior National Team Kumite Head Coach, and Pam Ross, National Team Kata Coach, are accompanying the athletes in Rabat, along with two Canadian officials, Andreas Kuntze and Yoshie Furumoto.
