Mrs. Katarina Vadovicova has recently announced that she will be stepping down from the National Team Kata Head Coach position at Karate Canada. Mrs. Vadovicova will remain involved in a modified consultant capacity, with special focus on the preparation and qualification of athletes towards to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. It has been a great pleasure working with Mrs. Vadovicova as Head Coach over the last few years. Karate Canada wishes to sincerely thank Mrs. Vadovicova for her immense contribution to the development and enhancement of its national kata program, and we wish her the very best of luck in her future endeavours.
