“Paul Oliver was an instrumental force for the development of Karate in Canada.” says Karate Canada President Craig Vokey. “Paul’s contribution as a karate-ka, coach, NCCP program pioneer, and Provincial President – to name a few, will always be remembered. I wish to join the karate community in expressing deep regrets on behalf of Karate Canada at the passing of a true karate pioneer.”
