Karate Canada is very proud to announce that the Chair of its Officials Committee and seasoned international judge / referee Mr. Jaroslav (Yaro) Tarana has been appointed to the Pan American Karate Federation’s Referee Commission. Mr. Tarana brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this important position, and we wish him much success in this new role. Karate Canada also wishes to sincerely thank the government of Canada for its generous support of Mr. Tarana’s sustained participation in key international events, in recent years, as part of the Sport Support Program’s International Sport Initiatives.
