The Karate Canada Officials Committee (OC) oversees the training, evaluation and certification of all officials at the national level. The OC sets standards for KC officiating and supports provincial officials’ development. The OC members participate in international officiating seminars and tournaments to remain aware of new developments and interpretations of WKF competition rules. The OC monitors the performance and progress of KC officials at all the major international championships. Karate Canada will offer multiple National Referee Clinics conducted by the Officials Committee (see the upcoming Clinics dates below) in collaboration with the Provincial/Territorial Sport Organizations (P/TSO). Season 2019-2020
