On January 20th, the Georges St-Pierre Foundation in partnership with the Quebec Foundation for Athletic Excellence has granted, on the occasion of the third year of its sponsorship program, $14,000 in bursaries to seven up-and-coming student-athletes competing in sports that Georges St-Pierre draws upon to hone his own skills including karate. William Claveau, Junior National Team member in individual kata, was granted an Academic Excellence Bursary, to honour his outstanding school performances. Congratulations William!
