AWARDS OPEN FOR NOMINATION:

• Academic Achievement Award – Secondary & Academic Achievement Award – Post-Secondary (PTSO Driven Nominations) – These two awards recognize the hard work and dedication of an individual who demonstrates the ability to reach the level of national team member while excelling in their scholastic commitments.

• Coach of the Year (PTSO Driven Nomination) – Recognizes the outstanding body of professional coaches within the sport of Karate in Canada.
  NOMINATION FORM
• Coach Developer of the Year (PTSO Driven Nomination) – This award will recognize an outstanding contributor to the promotion, growth and development of Karate Canada’s NCCP programs. It will recognize a Learning Facilitator, Evaluator, Master Learning Facilitator or Master Evaluator for their exceptional ability to mentor and develop certified coaches and instructors.
